Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Teslaunch ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Teslaunch GADS Kit application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

When using the Service, you may provide the following information:

  • Google Ads Customer ID — the 10-digit identifier for the Google Ads account where campaigns will be created.
  • Campaign configuration — campaign name, daily budget, CPC bid, headlines, descriptions, keywords, and final URLs that you enter into the form.

1.2 Authentication Credentials

The Service connects to the Google Ads API on your behalf using OAuth 2.0 credentials. The following credentials are stored as server-side environment variables and are never exposed to the client or logged:

  • Google Ads Developer Token
  • OAuth 2.0 Client ID and Client Secret
  • OAuth 2.0 Refresh Token
  • Login Customer ID (Manager Account ID)

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party tracking services. The Service does not collect browser fingerprints, IP addresses for tracking purposes, or device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

  • To create Google Ads Search campaigns on your behalf via the Google Ads API.
  • To authenticate and authorize API requests to your Google Ads account.
  • To display the results of campaign creation operations back to you.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the core functionality of the Service.

3. Data Storage and Retention

3.1 No Persistent Storage

The Service does not store your campaign data, customer ID, or any form inputs in a database. All data you enter is processed in-memory during the API request and discarded immediately after the response is returned.

3.2 Server Logs

The hosting provider (Railway) may retain standard server access logs for security and operational purposes. These logs may include timestamps and HTTP status codes but do not contain your campaign data or credentials.

3.3 API Credentials

Google Ads API credentials are stored as encrypted environment variables on the Railway hosting platform. They are never written to files, databases, or logs.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. The only data transmission that occurs is between the Service and the Google Ads API servers, which is necessary for the Service to function.

5. Google Ads API Compliance

The Service complies with the Google Ads API Terms of Service and the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy. Specifically:

  • We only request OAuth scopes necessary for campaign management (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords).
  • We do not store Google Ads API data beyond what is needed to complete the requested operation.
  • We do not use Google Ads API data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
  • All campaigns are created in PAUSED status by default, giving you full control over ad serving.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data:

  • All API credentials are stored as environment variables, not in source code or configuration files.
  • The Service communicates with Google Ads API over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections.
  • No credentials or sensitive data are logged or exposed in error messages.
  • The hosting platform (Railway) provides network-level security and isolation.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not persistently store your personal data, traditional data access, correction, or deletion requests are not applicable. If you have questions about data processed during your use of the Service, you may contact us at any time.

You may revoke the Service's access to your Google Ads account at any time by removing the OAuth authorization in your Google Account security settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Service, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
